SSH_ASKPASS and OMVS

Can you use SSH_ASKPASS in a script run in OMVS? I read where you can't. I get the following error:
FOTS3322 Passwords may not be entered from 3270 terminals

I am able to use SSH_ASKPASS in a batch job with regular sFTP. We do not have the COZ PROC established so I was trying to use cozsftp in a script instead.

Is there a combination here that I can use to make it work?

The reason I need Co:Z SFTP is because I need to be able to talk to a SOCKS proxy and I understand sFTP does not support that.

So my requirements are: ASKPASS and SOCKS and I don't have a COZ PROC running.

Never mind. It seems as soon as you post something you figure it out. I just submitted the script via batch job and I got past that error.
