Issue while receive the data to mainframe

Post by Loganathan Arumugam » Mon Nov 26, 2018 8:15 am

Hi Team,
From Navetti (External application), MUST application is going to receive a data (Mainframe application) through Globalscape(Interface between MUST and Navetti)

Data Flow : Navetti place file to Globalscape and Globalscape push it to MUST.

Issues we are facing :
When Globalscape push the data to MUST, we receive data in unreadable format. There is no option in Globalscape side to specify mode=text. There only two options having ASCII or UTF-8. When we read same file in notepad, format looks good.

In Quicksilver(other mainframe system) , the same flow is running fine. But sftp setting between MUST and Quicksilver is different.
Quicksilver team asked to define cozsftp_server_config under ssh folder and specify the pattern we want to receive. But we are worrying to define it now, because it may affect current interfaces that are currently running.

So kindly provide your suggestions to fix the issue.
Thanks in Advance.

This is how we are receiving data:

ã.................áíê........................ã.................áíê..............
.....................ã...............íäáíê........................ã.............
...............áíê........................ã.................áíê.................
..................ã.................áíê........................ã................
............áíê........................ã.................áíê....................
...............ã.................áíê........................ã.................áí
