RC=255 Executing /usr/bin/ksh using Co-Z agent

Post by PamPagnotta » Tue Aug 12, 2014 3:06 pm

Hello,

We have a process that has been running successfully until the AIX server that the Co-Z agent is on was rebooted yesterday.

Since the reboot we have been getting the following error:

COZLOG output:

Ý09:48:00.685711¨ cozagentÝE¨: Target Program(7405734) ended with RC=255
Ý09:48:00.685760¨ cozagentÝD¨: STDIN DD Reader(8388680) ended with RC=0

COZOUT output:

CoZAgent: userid@server target program '/usr/bin/ksh' PID: 7405734
CoZAgent: completed with RC=255

STDERR output:

Ý09:47:48.420351¨ cozagentÝD¨: About to execute shell -/usr/bin/ksh
ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer
Connection closed

I am new to Co-Z so please let me know what else I can send that might be helpful.

Thank you,
Pam

This error:

ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer

is from the IBM Ported Tools ssh client. It indicates that the connection was reset by the remote server during initial setup. This is a network or server error, and could be the result of a firewall problem.
