COZBATCH SMF

Post by sdoherty » Fri May 25, 2012 7:37 am

Am I correct in assuming that COZBATCH does not write SMF records. If so, any plans for that?

Remember that COZBATCH is our improved replacement for BPXBATCH. It allows you to run z/OS Unix scripts in batch.

Since it is a batch job step, you will get SMF30 records written by the system.

Also, if you ran the Co:Z SFTP client in a CO:Z Batch script, then you would get SMF119 records from Co:Z SFTP.
